Bridge - Regionals - 2011 SouthEasterns

Unit 9, Florida, recently sponsored a regional bridge tournament in Ft Lauderdale.  This was our first regional at a new hotel location and not surprisingly we experienced a number of issues with a hotel that was caught off guard to our needs and schedule.  We have identified a number of areas in which we need to improve and would like to hear more about your experience.

    Lighting was poor.
    Food was unappealing and expensive.
    Lobby and Pool Bar service was excruciatingly slow.
    Bathrooms facilities were overcrowded.
